MELROSE, MA — Indivisible has organized a “No King’s Day” March scheduled for Saturday, June 14.

The event is described as a “pro-democracy” rally that is purposefully taking place on the same day as President Donald Trump’s military parade in Washington, D.C. Interested attendees are asked to arrive on Main Street outside City Hall at 1 p.m. where they will then walk a wheel-chair accessible route that leads to the gazebo near Ell Pond.

There, they will be able to enjoy food and other refreshments while guest speakers of marginalized groups will speak on their experiences and opinions on recent federal events.
