2-Car Crash Leads To OUI Arrest: Milford Police Log

MILFORD, MA—The following are excerpts from the Milford police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Saturday, Jan. 27

5:07 p.m.: Police respond to parking violation. Reinaldo Taipe-Camas, 25, Pearl Street, Milford, was arrested and charged with driving with suspended license

10:04 p.m.: Caller reporting that her ex husband is intoxicated and is refusing to let the kids go with her, 5 Pheasant Circle

Sunday, Jan. 28

2:36 a.m.: Two car MVA at 319 Main St. A caller said he saw three or four people take off on foot from the area, and it was unknown if they were involved in the accident. Anthony S. Zaruma, 32, Prospect Street, Milford, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, leaving the scene of property damage, operating a motor vehicle negligently so as to endanger

10:24 a.m.: Caller reports male is panhandling in the area of the Afonso Real Estate, the parking lot is owned by the town. She was advised about the situation and was told it will be logged.

12:23 p.m.: Caller requesting to speak to an officer in reference to harassment from a ex girlfriend. She just left his house. 36 Mount Pleasant St.

12:30 p.m.: Caller reports her ex-husband grabbed her last night when they were doing a custody exchange with their son. 14 Mill Pond Road

2:32 p.m.: Female caller reports above male came to her home and threatened her. However, the caller could not say what threats were made. Received second call from male stating he just wanted to pick up his belongings, 41 North Bow St.

10:45 p.m.: Walk in reports he has received concerning messages from his ex girlfriend's father, Sunset Drive
