Central Street Bridge Project Nearly Finished In Milford

MILFORD, MA — A bridge reconstruction project in Milford is close to completion.

The Milford Highway Department shared an update on the Central Street Bridge project on Sunday. The organization stated that the project is almost finished, as the bridge deck, drainage infrastructure and water main have been finalized.

The town's Highway Department also added that sewer lines have been capped and manholes are in place and the sidewalk on the bridge was poured. Now, roadway grading will begin this week.

The project began in June and is slated to continue until mid-October.
