Colonial on Dynasty Drive Sold after Two Months on Market

A 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath house at 14 Dynasty Dr. sold after two months on the market. 

The house sold for $430,000 on Sept. 12. It was listed in July for $439,900, according to Zillow.com.

The house was built in 2001 and includes a modern kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and a large fenced yard.
