Sunday, Feb. 25
4 a.m.: Police respond to reports of an assault at 2 East Main St. Carlos Heli Fialho, 29, Worcester Road, Framingham, was arrested and charged with domestic assault on a spouse/girlfriend/boyfriend
8:14 a.m.: Caller reporting a neighbor who possibly left their dog outside and it has been barking for the past hour. 208 reports that all dogs are inside and are barking and there was no answer at the door. 31 South Bow St.
6:55 p.m.: Caller reports he was walking out of TJMAX and heard a scream coming from behind the Dollar Store building. He saw a WM wearing a bathrobe and sunglasses come from around the building and enter the above store.
