8:22 a.m.: Walk in requesting to speak to an officer, he believes he is a victim of fraud.

11:19 a.m.: Caller reports a needle in the lot, 10 Shadowbrook Lane

1:48 p.m.: Caller reports small brown chihuahua running in the roadway in the above area, Bright Agency

5:23 p.m.: Caller reporting a chevy cruz all over the road near 140 West St. heading towards West Street liquors. 263 reports vehicle is not stopping, 263 now has vehicle stopped at Main St. @ Sumner St. Mario Decastro, 23, Blanchard Road, Milford, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, marked lanes violation, in possession of an open container of alcohol

6:04 p.m.: Walk in requesting to speak to officer in regards to being harassed.

8:54 p.m.: Walk in requesting to speak to an officer due to his landlord spitting on him after requesting that he pay for a hotel for the night, 190 Medway St.

Sunday, March 4

9 a.m.: Caller reports male lost control around the corner causing car to flip on its side, 445 East Main St. 206 is reporting a telephone pole down as well. Holliston PD shutting down road for wires and a pole. Cesar Quinchi, 28, Arlington Street, Framingham, was arrested and charged with speeding, operating a motor vehicle negligently so as to endanger, marked lanes violation, OUI liquor, unlicensed operation of MV

3:49 p.m.: Female party reporting a disturbance between her husband who is the landlord and the tenant at #190 Medway Rd, 192 Medway Road

7:52 p.m.: Caller reporting a WM backpack red sox hat and red sweat shirt jumped at her vehicle while she was getting inside yelling and screaming, Central Street

8:31 p.m.: Caller reports her neighbors across the hall have been yelling and screaming for some time now, 17 Colonial Road
