Free Summer Meals For Kids In Milford: See 2023 Locations

The statewide Summer Eats program in Massachusetts just got underway, providing breakfast and lunch to anyone under 18.

MILFORD, MA — The statewide Summer Eats program is now underway, offering free breakfast and lunch to anyone under 18 while school is out for the summer.

During summer, kids and teens can visit specific sites across the state to pick up meals. There's no need to sign up, although adults cannot pick up meals for kids. The meals are available at dozens of locations across the state, with new locations being added each week, according to Project Bread.

"Summer Eats helps to fill the gap left open during the summer months for these families. When children have reliable access to food during the summer they can return to school ready to learn," Project Bread says.
