Saturday, Feb. 24
12:28 p.m.: Caller reports multiple vehicle parked on side of the road that is no parking, making it difficult for vehicles to pass through, Cook Street

12:52 p.m.: Caller reports a middle eastern male wearing a black pea coat asking to see her electric bill, 147 West Spruce Street. When asked to see his permit, male left. Units are off with male at west street liquors. He was spoken to and advised to leave.
5:34 p.m.: 208 reports he was flagged down by a party who lost his yellow cockatoo bird in the area. The bird flew out the windows. 208 will be in the area attempting to locate bird. South Bow Street
