Massive Fight Breaks Out At Youth Baseball Game In Milford: Report

MILFORD, MA — Punches were thrown when a massive fight broke out at a youth baseball playoff game in Milford on Monday night, according to a report from the Milford Daily News.
It was the fourth inning of a tied game between Milford Post 59 and East Springfield when a fight began in the stands and moved onto Fino Field in Milford. The Milford Daily News reports that both umpires and Post 59 manager Steve DiVitto became involved in the dispute.
Players from East Springfield were seen throwing punches, while both teams were ordered to leave the field and remain in their dugouts before police arrived, according to the Milford Daily News.

The game was suspended and fans were asked to leave the field. The game will not resume Tuesday night, stated Cindy Stulac, the president of Post 59, in a news release.
The players on both teams are between the ages of 13 to 19 years old.
