At least 41 of the units would be classified as affordable housing.

MILFORD, MA—A public hearing is being held as part of the Milford Zoning Board of Appeals as the continued petition for a proposed rental apartment development on Birch Street called Birch Street Place.

The board continues with a hearing on this application from 88 Corp., whose president is Kevin Lobisser of Milford, for a Comprehensive Permit in relation to roughly 20 acres for a parcel of land off Birch Street.
