Milford Hospital Offering Classes On Pregnancy Body Changes, Nutrition

MILFORD, MA — A hospital in Milford is offering free classes for those looking to prioritize health this fall.
UMass Milford - Milford Regional is presenting two educational programs for the community. The classes will happen in October.

- 'Care for Your Pelvic Floor Through Pregnancy, Post-Partum and Beyond' is a community lecture where women can learn about body changes during and after pregnancy. It will take place on October 2 at 6:30 p.m. in person.
- 'Making Your Health a Habit' will teach people why nutrition matters. It will take place on October 15 at 6:30 p.m. online.
UMass Milford - Milford Regional, which serves patients from more than 20 communities in Central Massachusetts, also offers childbirth education, breastfeeding, CPR and BLS certification classes.
