Want to join a group to help increase voter turnout in Milford?

MILFORD, MA—If you don't vote, you can't complain, right? Well, that may not be true, but Milford citizens are hoping to increase voter turnout in the town. To do so, they've formed an election working group whose goal is to increase turnout at the elections.
Want to join?
The application can be found on the town website and remains open through Friday, Feb. 23. Applications should be submitted to the Town Clerk’s office (Town Hall, Room 12, 52 Main St, Milford, MA 01757). Any Milford resident who is registered to vote is eligible to serve on the working group.

“We hope to receive applications from a diverse cross-section of Milford residents,” co-chair Bryan Cole said in a statement. “I especially hope to hear from people who have not participated in town government before, who might have new perspectives on this issue.”
