Milford's New Public Art Picnic Tables: See Locations
The 12 new artist-designed picnic tables commissioned by the Milford Cultural Council will be distributed to locations around town.

MILFORD, MA — Milford's 12 new public art picnic tables were unveiled over the weekend at an event at Plains Park. Now the Milford Cultural Council has revealed where the picnic tables will be located around town.
The Brush to Table contest began this spring when Milford began accepting submissions for table designs. It was part of an effort by the cultural council to boost the number of public art pieces across the town.
Twelve wining designs were chosen, and each project was sponsored by a different local resident or business. Here's where you'll be able to see the tables:

- "Inclusion = Happiness for All" by Katie Annis, sponsored by the Annis family — Town Park
- "Maria's Table" by Emily Chapman, sponsored by Loriann Braza — Senior Center (front of building)
- "Welcome to Milford" by Janeen Cox, sponsored by the Hopkinton Center for the Arts — Plains Park Pavilion
- "Wish for Change, Milford" by Nayda Cuevas, sponsored by Milford Federal Bank — Natural are near Dilla, Summer streets
