See when the Central Massachusetts Mosquito Control Project will be out in Milford in July.

MILFORD, MA — The Central Massachusetts Mosquito Control Project will visit Milford four times in July to spray for mosquitoes, according to a schedule released last week.

The mosquito control project makes regular stops throughout the summer in a few dozen cities and towns in Worcester and Middlesex counties. In the summer, CMMCP typically uses the pesticide Zenivex E4 to kill adult mosquitoes. Pesticide applications in the spring typically target mosquito larvae.

In July, the control project will spray in Milford next on July 11, 18, and 25. The first round of spraying happened on Tuesday. Check the CMMCP website on spray days after 3:30 p.m. to see which areas they will target.
