Police Log: Car Keyed, Car Vandalized, Brush Fire on I-495
The following information was provided by the Milford Police Department. All arrests are reported. Charges do not indicate a conviction.

Monday, June 24
3:46 p.m.: A caller said her daughter lost her bag at Dunkin Donuts, on Main Street. She said she would stop in to file a report.
4:37 p.m.: State Police called in a brush fire on I-495 north in the median, near Exit 20. Several additional calls came in. Police blocked the left lane, and firefighters extinguished the fire.

6:08 p.m.: A caller reported her car was keyed while at Hannaford's Supermarket.
7:48 p.m.: A caller asked to speak to an officer about a dispute that had happened the day before on Water Street.

8:22 p.m.: A caller on Purchase Street told police her neighbors were having an outdoor fire.
10:52 p.m.: A woman reported tires squealing in the area of Congress Street.
11:21 p.m.: A two-car crash was reported on Purchase at Haven streets, with one car in the woods. A man complained of knee and wrist pain. He was taken to Milford Regional Medical Center.
11:26 p.m.: A caller reported an assault by her husband. Police responded and took a 55-year-old woman into protective custody.
11:38 p.m. A caller on Medway Road said his iPad and laptop were stolen Thursday, and he just discovered it that night.
Tuesday, June 25
6:43 a.m.: Police responded to Milford Regional Medical Center, for a silent alarm. A patient took off, by jumping a fence and was now reported to be near the Casey Memorial Pool. Police could not locate him.
7:19 a.m.: A man on Bancroft Avenue reported the theft of a GPS from his van.
9:50 a.m.: A woman reported her driver's side window was smashed, at the parking area to the Milford Upper Charles Trail on Cedar Street. Her car had been rummaged through. An officer said the glass was broken due to the heat.
1:41 p.m.: A caller said Bank of America had received a report that a patient at Milford Care and Rehabilitation was having money stolen from her account by a friend or a family member.
3:39 p.m.: A caller said a hydrant had water coming out of it on Congress at Fountain streets. The Water Company was contacted and said they had opened some hydrants.
