Police Log: Dog Bite Complaint, Man on Purchase Street with Bloody Hand
The following information was provided by the Milford Police Department. All arrests are reported. Charges do not indicate a conviction.

Friday, June 28
5:24 p.m.: A caller on Camp Street told police a group of kids was riding a go cart in the road, and being reckless. Police spoke to them.
6:06 p.m.: A caller complained her ex-boyfriend was harassing her by calling her at work. Police determined there was no harassment. He was calling to place a pizza order and the woman hung up on him.
6:31 p.m.: Firefighters asked police to check on the well-being of a teenager walking on Main Street, toward Winter Street, crying. An officer responded and requested an ambulance.
9:15 p.m.: A caller on Congress Street said the neighbor's dog would not stop barking.
11:04 p.m.: A caller said fireworks were being set off on Pine Island Road. Police could not locate the person doing that.
11:42 p.m.: A caller said a car keeps driving by Nelly's Sandwich Shop, blowing the horn and yelling out the window. Police could not locate the driver.
Saturday, June 29
6:48 a.m.: A woman on Main Street reported her landlord had blocked the front door on the apartment building, which was a fire hazard. Firefighters agreed and police and firefighters spoke to the landlord. A detective determined the landlord was trying to renovate the building and would fix the problem.
8:34 a.m.: A caller on Lantern Lane said someone stole his mail.
9:04 a.m.: A caller reported he found a black duffel bag on Clark's Island that appeared to be ransacked. He turned it over to police, who contacted the owner.
9:40 a.m.: A caller on Iadarola Avenue said her mother was bitten by a dog that was running loose in the neighborhood. The dog was brown, and the other one was large and black. The animal control officer was responding.
12:40 p.m.: A caller on Roland Way asked police to note that her "Keep Milford Casino Free" sign was stolen, and so was one of her neighbor's. She requested extra patrols.
5:55 p.m.: An officer was flagged down by a motorist who said that a man was walking on Purchase Street near Fountain Street with a bloody hand. Police checked but could not find the man.
8:35 p.m.: A caller reported a man wearing a sleeveless shirt and shorts exposed himself to vehicles driving by on Jefferson at Main Streets. He walked down Jefferson Street and entered a shop. Police checked and found "no crime" had occurred.
Sunday, June 30
1:42 a.m.: A disturbance was reported at Tedeschi Market.
2:40 a.m.: A caller said several people were talking loudly and yelling outside, on Purchase Street. Police spoke to them.
3:17 a.m.: Six to eight popping noises were heard on Emerson Lane. A second caller reported the same noise in the area of the gun range. Police could not locate who was setting off fireworks.
11:35 a.m.: A property owner on Fountain Street asked to speak to police about eviction paperwork for a tenant due to a previous incident in which a baseball bat was brandished.
12:58 p.m.: A caller at Garden Restaurant reported a full set of clothing was found in the rear of the property and it looked suspicious.
3:56 p.m.: A woman reported her 22-year-old son was stealing her prescription medication and refusing to leave her home. Police responded.
4:10 p.m.: A caller at Aldi Supermarket said his car had been involved in a hit and run during the day, while he was working.
