Monday, Feb. 26

12:23 p.m.: Caller requesting an officer as she was bit by a dog and the owner is refusing to give her any information. ACO was notified and en route. 12 Pond St.

3:41 p.m.: Male being aggressive Blue ranger, 11 Free St.

3:59 a.m.: Caller reports an Art's tow truck has been coming and going all night making noise and waking her up. 13 Dominick St.

3:29 p.m.: Caller reports a kindergartener missed the bus and needed assistance getting home, requesting an officer to speak with. 517 will be transporting to 5 Senate Rd apt. 9.

5:01 p.m.: Caller reporting a vehicle that hasn't moved in approximately 2 years, green ford taurus parked behind the pool. 214 confirmed vehicle belongs to RO and it is not abandoned. 8 Pheasant Circle

5:35 p.m.: Caller reporting a man hole cover came off in the above area. She states its now on the sidewalk. 214 reports that it was a large gas cover and it was put back in its place. 77 West St.

6:37 p.m.: Caller reporting a female party who shoplifted from the above location, left the scene unknown direction of travel. 214 requesting Woonsocket to check for male RO and get the female's name who was operating the vehicle. A BOLO was put out on CJIS to surrounding towns. 203 was advised. Crystal Jarbeau, 35, Andrews Ave., West Warwick, RI, was arrested and charged with shoplifting more than $100 by concealing merchandise, larceny under $250, larceny from a building

8:20 p.m.: Employee states the hotel's bar refrigerator is on fire. Everyone was advised to evacuating at this time. Narrative: Engine 300 reports that they have made contact with the device, there is no fire. Narrative:

L6 requesting to contact the board of health, a fire extinguisher was discharged behind the bar. No answer from any members of the board, a voicemail was left, L6 request to have them contact him at the station if
they call back, they had a small electrical fire. Doubletree Hotel

8:37 p.m.: Caller reports hearing a female yelling from someone to leave the above location. 207 reports that the female party in question was yelling at their dog. 4 Capitol Road

8:53 p.m.: Caller reporting a neighbors dog that is off the leash and running around that also growled at his wife. Narrative: ACO was notified per 209 of on going issue of dog being off its leash. 449 East Main St.
