Thanks To Yanks, Milford Library Partner On Card-Writing Campaign

MILFORD, MA — Recently the Milford Library sponsored a card writing campaign to thank local veterans for their service. The photo above shows a sampling of the cards created by local children.

Thanks to Yanks is a charity that has as one of its core missions "to always remember that freedom is not free and that a simple thank you to veterans goes a long way," according to a statement from the group.
