Construction of the Edward M. Kennedy Community Health Center is progressing this month in Milford. The satellite health offices are taking shape at 42 Cape Road, next to Papa Gino's restaurant. The health center will provide an alternative to community health centers in Worcester, Framingham and Clinton. It will focus on primary care.
