One-Day Writing Retreat with Memoirist Jennifer Crystal

This retreat for writers of all levels ages 16+ will feature hours of uninterrupted writing time on a sofa in the parlor of this 1878 Gilded Age mansion, a window seat in the library, or one of many other picturesque locations. Jennifer Crystal, author of One Tick Stopped the Clock, will discuss how to give a personal story—like her years-long struggle with Lyme disease—universal appeal. She will be available to answer your writing questions one-on-one. You’ll also have the opportunity to discuss your work with fellow participants and to explore the estate grounds.
