Milton Police Log: Officers Kept Busy with Storm-related Crashes
With two snow storms in the past week, officers were busy responding to over a dozen car crashes and spinouts. Most did not involve any personal injury.

The following is a sample from the Milton Police logs. Any arrests listed do not indicate a conviction.
Thursday, Dec. 19
- At 5:25 a.m., two Milton officers assisted with a high-risk warrant in Quincy.
- At 11:16 a.m., a Unquity Road resident reported a break-in at her house.
- At 11:42 a.m., a Brush Hill Road caller reported her neighbor damaged her fence.
Wednesday, Dec. 18
- At 11:40 a.m., officers responded to a two-car crash at Adams and Eliot streets.
- At 6:40 p.m., officers responded to a two-car crash at Reedsdale Road and Canton Avenue.
Tuesday, Dec. 17
- At 4:23 p.m., officers responded to a two-car crash at Pleasant Street and Bradford Road. One person was taken by ambulance to Milton Hospital.
Monday, Dec. 16
- At 8:43 a.m., officers responded to a two-car accident on Granite Avenue. One car was owned by the town.
Sunday, Dec. 15
- At 10:03 a.m., officers responded to a car that ran off the road and slid into a steel sign at Brook and Briarfield roads. No one was injured.
Saturday, Dec. 14
- At 2:08 a.m., officers arrested a driver on Quarry Lane and charged him with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, and resisting arrest.
- At 8:09 a.m., officers responded to a car crash on Brush Hill Road. One person was taken by ambulance to Milton Hospital.
- At 9:57 p.m., Curry College called police to report a car that ran off the road and hot a stone wall on Dana Avenue.
Friday, Dec. 13
- At 12:59 a.m., Milton officers assisted in a Canton car chase. Milton police helped set a perimeter along Farrington Lane as K9 units were used to search for a suspect.
- At 12:11 p.m., officers responded to a single-car crash on Centre Street. A car slammed into a telephone pole.
