This is a lottery for the two affordable homeownership units being built at 92 Brush Hill Road Condominium in Milton, MA. Both homes will be sold at an affordable price to households with incomes at or below 80% of the Area Median Income. This condominium features two flats-style units. The first floor unit has two bedrooms and approximately 960 square feet of living space, and the second floor unit has three bedrooms and approximately 1,040 square feet of living space, as well as an exclusive-use rear porch. Each unit comes with a dedicated storage space in the basement, and exclusive use of half of the garage interior and an exterior parking space directly in front of the garage. These conominums are conveniently located about one half mile from the Mattapan MBTA Red Line Station and in close proximity to Blue Hills Reservation.

Maximum Household Income Limits:$70,750 (1 person), $80,850 (2 people), $90,950 (3 people)$101,050 (4 people), $109,150 (5 people), $117,250 (6 people)

The Maximum Household Asset Limit is $75,000.

Completed Applications and Mortgage Pre-Approvals must be received or postmarked, by 2 pm on March 22, 2022. Applications and Pre-Approvals postmarked by the deadline must be received no later than 5 business days from the deadline.
