2 Arrested For Allegedly Selling Pot In Natick Mall Parking Lot
Two men are facing drug distribution charges.
NATICK, MA—Two men who are "known to the commonwealth" were caught allegedly selling marijuana in the Natick Mall parking lot on March 6.
Nicholas Braccio DeMarco, 19, Cordaville Road, Southborough, and Terrence C. McClean, 20, Worcester Road, Framingham, were arrested and charged with possession to distribute Class D drugs, conspiracy to violate drug laws.
According to the police report, McLean had what was estimated to a pound of what appeared to be marijuana in plain view in the car in which he sat in the driver's seat. Another 23 ounces of what appeared to be marijuana was recovered from the vehicle. A scale and a box of sandwich bags were recovered as well, and McLean had $1,630 in cash in his pocket.

Demarco, sitting in the driver's seat of another car, had what was estimated to a pound of what appeared to be marijuana in plain view in the vehicle. During the subsequent investigation 17.8 ounces of what appeared to be marijuana was recovered from the vehicle, as well as a scale, and $2,232 in cash. Police said the quantity of what appeared to be marijuana, scale, and quality of cash indicates an intent to distribute.
A third suspect had charges dropped at the arraignment.
