2 New York State Residents Face Shoplifting Charges in Natick

The following arrest information was supplied by the Natick Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A call to the Natick Police Department on Dec. 4 regarding two possible shoplifters at Abercrombie and Fitch resulted in the arrest of two New York state residents.

According to the Natick police log, the call came in just before 2 p.m.

After responding officers arrived at the Worcester Street retail store and completed and investigation, the following people were arrested and charged:

  • John Jairo Charris, 37, of 620 127th St., Apt. 2L, College Point: conspiracy, larceny over $250 (two counts);
  • Jessica Montero, 24, of 73 Northern Blvd., Apt. 2, Jackson Heights: conspiracy, larceny over $250 (two counts), receiving stolen property ($250).
They were both scheduled to be arraigned at Framingham District Court.

"These two individuals were identified as being in the store on 11/19 and taking $1,280 in fragrances on that date," Lt. Brian Grassey said in a statement. "On 12/5 they had worked together and concealed $1,146 in fragrances. They were also in possession on $70 in merchandise from Express."
