5 Things: Yom Kippur

1. Public Schools are closed today, so why not bring the kids down to Broadmoor for No School "Fun" Day where the wildlife sanctuary will look after your young ones for the day. Head to Broadmoor's website for more info. The event costs $70. 

2. Roots & Wings, a Natick yoga studio, is hosting a class today aimed at rekindling old passions and sparking a motivation to realize your dreams. The event starts at 6 p.m. and costs $24. 

3. Members of the Jewish faith will be fasting today in honor of Yom Kippur. The Temple Israel of Natick will be holding services during the holiday. A full list of of worship events can be found here. 

4. Palettes, a Natick art studio, will be hosting  today where you can create a work of art while enjoying a snack and and glass of wine or craft beer. The 6:30 p.m. event costs $35.
