Arrests: Assault and Battery With Dangerous Weapon

Saturday, Oct. 6

7:22 p.m.:  Loss prevention at the mall detained Julia Fodor, 29, from 108 Morgan Choice Rd. in Camden, DE and charged her with shoplifting more than $100 by concealing. 

11:58 p.m.: An employee at the Courtyard Marriot reported a dispute in two neighboring rooms. Officers arrested John Spears, 37, from 27 School Street in Westerly, RI and charged him with intimidating a witness and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. 

Sunday, Oct. 7

3:32 a.m.: After a motor vehicle stop, officers arrested Yarimar Ivette Burgos, 19, from 159 Grant St. in Framingham and charged her with OUI liquor, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, speeding and marked lanes violation.
