Arrests: OUI, Credit Card Fraud

The following information was provided by the Natick Police Department. Charges do not indicate a conviction.

Friday, Aug. 3

8:59 p.m.: A caller reported fraudulent credit card activity. Natick officers requested a vehicle be towed on behalf of Hertz Rental after the violation of a rental agreement. 

Officers arrested K-Ron Harcum, 25, of 112th Street in Manhattan, NY and charged him with credit card fraud over $250, receiving stolen property over $250 and larceny over $250.

Saturday, Aug. 4

1:40 a.m.: After a motor vehicle stop, officers arrested Nicholas Martino, 20, of 48 Beaver Dam Road in Natick and charged him with OUI liquor and speeding in violation of a special regulation.

2:03 a.m.: After a motor vehicle stop, officers arrested Patrick Kerrigan, 28, of 70 Noanatt Rd. in Needham and charged him with OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation and possession of a open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. 

9:31 p.m.: At request from the Framingham Police Department, Natick police arrested Brittany Hernandez, 25, of 14 Connecticut Ave. in Natick and charged her with assault and battery.
