Monday, Oct. 15 12:05 p.m.: After a motor vehicle stop, officers arrested Jeremias Desousa, 41, from 76 Grant St. in Framingham and charged him with unlecensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to wear a seat belt and speeding. Desousa also had a warrant for disorderly conduct.  7:12 p.m.: A caller requested medical transport. Officers arrested Nicholas Ferraro, 22 from 3 Nelson St. in Natick and charged him with possession with intent to distribute heroin, buprenorphine hydrochloride, suboxone, lorazapam, alprazolam, clonidine hydrocloride, and trazodone hydrocloride.
