Battle Over Selling A 115-Year Old Natick Family Farm
The trust is in one sibling's name, and now the siblings need to sell the property.

NATICK, MAβThe future of a very old farm in Natick is up in the air.
Lawyers were in Barnstable Superior Court this week debating on two offers for Winona Farm, a 115-year-old farm that sibling owners want to sell, but cannot agree on an offer, reports the MetroWest Daily News.
In May, Edward Zullo and Christine MacGregor sued their siblings Linda Presutti and Celeste Zull, saying that Presutti mismanaged the family trust of this 14-acre farm on Union Street.
