Candlelight Vigil to be Held at Natick Common

Natick Common will be the site of a candlelight vigil on Wednesday night to honor and remember the victims of the Boston Marathon bombing.

A candlelight vigil will be held on Wednesday night on Natick Common at 7 p.m.

The ceremony, which will be similar to the one held in support of Newtown back in December, will honor and memorialize the victims of the Boston Marathon bombing on Monday. It's being organized by Natick clergy, town officials and community members.

Those who attend the ceremony will join a procession from Natick Common down to the Natick Police Department and Natick Fire Department as a show of support to the first responders. Candles will be lit along the side of the road.

This will be followed by Interfaith prayer, which will begin, "This is my prayer," and end with "this is our prayer," according to Rev. Ian Mevorach of the Common Street Community Church.
