Patch: How long have you been doing business in town or how long has the organization you represent been around in the community?

Chandler: We have been selling real estate for five years. We started off specializing in Natick and now we sell in 10+ towns expanding throughout Metrowest into Greater Boston and Boston Proper.


Patch: What attracted you to the line of work you’re in, and how did you get started?

Chandler: Bill and I decided that we wanted to become entrepreneurial. We both had parents that were in the real estate industry (i.e. architect, interior design, general contractors and real estate agents). We knew we would be good as agents as our own backgrounds consisted of client care, marketing, sales, visualization and relationships. We paired that with our love of real estate.

Patch: If you had to sum up your business mission to a stranger in five words, what would those words be?

Chandler: Relationships - Trust - Clients - Expansion - Honesty


Patch: What’s the biggest challenge or most difficult moment you’ve faced in your job?

Chandler: Managing expectations. Every transaction is different and our goal is to not take our clients on the roller coaster ride. Buying and selling is a long journey so we like to alleviate as much stress off of our clients as we can.


Patch: What’s the most satisfying part of your job?

Chandler: Our clients. The relationships we build with them. Finding them their dream house or selling their home with a fantastic return on investment (ROI). Our clients' happiness keeps us motivated.


Patch: How would you say your business or organization distinguishes itself from the others?

Chandler: Our collaboration with our fellow colleagues. We collaborate to sell and not to compete. Competition among agents does not benefit the clients interest.


Patch: Are there any new projects or endeavours you’re working on that you’re extra excited about? If so, what details can you share and what makes it so exciting?

Chandler: We have expanded into new construction and investment portfolios. New construction is needed due to lack of inventory. Investment in real estate is exploding due to a volatile stock market. It's also an extra avenue for increasing a financial portfolio. Real estate can provide an excellent ROI.


Patch: Do you have any events coming up in your community? If so, tell us about them.

Chandler: We are proud sponsors of Family Promise Metrowest. We donate from every home sale. Family Promise Metrowest is a Natick based non-profit that supports families facing homelessness. We have some great events coming up!
