Child Cyclist Struck By Car In Natick: Reports

The young biker was injured, but the injuries don't appear to be life-threatening.

NATICK, MA — A child was hospitalized after they were struck by a car while riding a bicycle on Tuesday afternoon, according to reports.

Police responded to the area of East Central and Grant Streets on Tuesday for the accident. The Natick Report and WCVB report that the child was injured, but that those injuries don't appear to be life-threatening.

Police are continuing an investigation, but early indications are that neither speed or drug and alcohol impairment played a role.
