Conspiracy Charges Leveled at Two People
The following information was provided by the Natick Police Department. Charges do not indicate a conviction. All arrests are reported.
June 28
1:45 p.m.: Police arrested Quentin Finch, 23, of 51 Clarkson St. Apt. 2 in Dorchester and Monet D. Collins, 23, of 229 Washington Ave. in Chelsea at Lord and Taylor on charges of larceny over $250, malicious destruction of property over $250 and conspiracy for the theft of clothing valued at $513.99.
June 30
2:20 a.m.: Police arrested Carlos Jesus Feliciano, 21, of 71 Beaver Terrace Circle Apt. A in Framingham on Speen Street on charges of a subsequent offense of operating after suspension.
