Where there's metal there's money to be made in scrap. That was shown this week with the theft of copper in Natick.
Zombies at the Library
They weren't there to dine on the overdeveloped brains of the well-read, but rather entertain viewers with a romantic comedy set in the zombie apocalypse. While this event took place yesterday, the Morse Institute Library has many ongoing events.
Food for Fines
As an example of the many things going on at the library, tonight is part of the food for fines program at the library. Patrons may pay their overdue fines for Minuteman Library Network books and materials with new, non-perishable food or personal care items.
Dog-Free Farmers Market
The decision to not have dogs at the farmers market came about after a dog nipped a young girl last year. Officials say the decision was not taken lightly.
