Det. Tom Vitale Honored As Longest-Running Member Of NPD

NATICK, MA—Thirty-five years is a long time to do anything. It's amazing that Detective Tom Vitale has been an officer for the Natick Police Department for that long. In fact, he is the longest serving member of the department and is Natick's court prosecutor.

Vitale was recently shown appreciation from the town on this achievement.

"He is known for his unceasing desire to help others, but it's probably best to catch him early in the day ... just sayin'," wrote Natick police on their Facebook post. "We're proud to serve with you Tom and we offer our compliments to the standard you have set."
