Driver Allegedly Sells Heroin Out Of Natick Special Needs Van
The accused drove for a van company out of Natick that transported Framingham students.

FRAMINGHAM, MA—A driver for special needs students, along was two others, was charged with selling heroin out of the company's van in Framingham.
Police arrested Rudencia Montes, Juan Miranda-Ortiz and Corrine Gentile on Friday in a Framingham park on drug charges, reports WHDH-TV Channel 7 News.
Montes, the driver, was seen by police pulling into the parking lot when the other car driven by Miranda-Ortiz was spotted leaving the lot, after which police questioned the subjects and found heroin inside the van, according to reports.

WHDH-TV reports that Montes drive for the company Accept Education Collaborative, which is based in Natick.
According to Accept's website, the company is "a regional nonprofit educational organization founded in 1974 to promote excellence and innovation in educational practice for school districts in MetroWest." Its services include special education programs for students with moderate to severe needs, behavioral and education consultation and specialized transportation.

A statement sent to the media from Accept said that no students were present or involved, but that the "alleged conduct is of great concern to us."
Montes and Mirand-Ortiz face charges of possessing heroin with intent to distribute and conspiracy to violate the state’s drug laws, according to the Boston Herald.
CBS Local reports that Montes was ordered held on $25,000 bail, as was Gonzalez-Viscayano's, and that Montes was fired shortly after her arrest on Friday.
