Driver Pulled Over, Drugs Found in Possession

The following information was provided by the Natick Police Department. Charges do not indicate convictions. Patch posts all arrests.

Monday, Feb. 25

1:52 a.m.: An officer made a motor vehicle stop near the intersection of W. Central St. and Mill St. The officer confiscated the license plates, the vehicle was towed and two people were arrested.

Kimberly E. Boudreau, 22, of 312 Brook St., Framingham was charged with the following:

  • possession of a class B drug (cocaine)
  • warrant out of Framingham District Court for possession of a class B drug
  • warrant out of Framingham District Court for shoplifting
  • possession of a class E drug (Gabapentin)

Julio Cesar Joaquin, 40, of 140 Union St., Framingham was charged with the following:

  • operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked license
  • operation of a motor vehicle with a revoked registration
  • uninsured motor vehicle
  • attaching plates not assigned to motor vehicle
  • unregistered motor vehicle
  • receiving stolen property +$250

11:50 a.m.: Natick Police served a warrant. Brendon M. Hayes, 22, of 10 Sylvia Ave. was arrested on a warrant out of Clinton District Court for operating with a suspended license, no license in possession and unregistered motor vehicle.
