Fentanyl Trafficking: Middlesex Grand Jury Indictments

Two were indicted on Fentanyl trafficking charges.

NATICK, MA–Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan announced Monday the grand jury indictments handed down between Jan. 18 and March 6.

Two cases involve Natick residents.

Rafi Coss-Pena, 21, of Natick, was charged with trafficking over 10 grams of fentanyl and possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance.

Hector Pena, 22, of Natick, was charged with trafficking over 10 grams of fentanyl and possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance.
