A motor vehicle stop by the Natick Police Department early on Nov. 14 resulted in the arrest of a Framingham man.According to the Natick police log, an officer on patrol near Speen Street and Cheryl Road pulled over a motorist at about 1:21 a.m.After the officer completed an investigation, Alex Kaplan, 25, of 23 Montgomery Drive, was arrested and charged with:<ul><li>OUI liquor;</li><li>Speeding.</li></ul>He was scheduled to be arraigned at Framingham District Court later in the day.
