ICYMI: 11-Year-Old Natick Girl Raising Money for Women's March on Washington
An eleven year old girl, upset with the presidential election results, heard about the march in Washington, and wants to go.

NATICK, MA — Erin Catania, an 11-year-old girl who lives with her family in Natick, woke up on Nov. 9, and said she thought the new president would be Hillary Clinton. As she explains on her GoFundMe page, "I am only 11 years old. I don't follow or understand politics fully. I do understand what it is to be kind and respectful. After watching Mr. Trump be rude and disrespectful to women, lesbians, gay people and hateful to people from other countries for months, I knew he would not be a good president for this country."
Catania wrote that she felt "nervous, angry, sad and confused" when she heard that Trump had won the election.
"I heard about the 'Million Women March' on Jan. 21 in D.C. from the news and friends," she wrote. "I felt like this would be a great opportunity for me to be heard and let Mr. Trump know that even 11 year olds can make a difference. "
