4. The Natick 9-11 Memorial Committee has plans to create a memorial near the Police and Fire Headquarters on East Central Street. The memorial will feature a sundial with the date and times that two airplanes struck the twin towers, a garden of reflection and a bench along with the piece of steel from Ground Zero.
Donations are being collected now to help fund the project. Any amount will be accepted and for donations of $125 or more the donors can have a personalized paver included in the memorial.
