Local Man Arrested on OUI Charge in Natick

A motor vehicle stop by the Natick Police Department on Sept. 20 resulted in the arrest of a local man.

According to the Natick police log, an officer on patrol on North Main Street pulled over a vehicle near Park Avenue around 1:25 a.m.

After the responding officer completed an investigation, Sergio A. Guzman, 40, of 20 Whispering Lane, was arrested and charged with:

• Operating under the influence of liquor;
• Negligent operation of a motor vehicle;
• Speeding.       

Guzman was scheduled to be arraigned at Framingham District Court later in the day.

Natick police reported two other arrests:   

• Lawrence M. Doody, 58, 87 Lake St., Halifax, operating a motor vehicle with a revoked or suspended license, failure to yield or stop;
•  Michael J. Galatis, 62, 25 Indian Rock Road, Natick, warrant from court, Galatis was arrested by federal authorities and processed in Natick as a courtesy booking.
