Marblehead Man Arrested on Warrant in Natick
The following arrest information was supplied by the Natick Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A call to the Natick Police Department on Oct. 22 regarding suspicious activity resulted in the arrest of a Marblehead resident.
According to the Natick police log, the call came in 9:15 a.m. from the Food Court at the Natick Mall.
After responding officers arrived and completed an investigation, Samuel Martin, 24, of 32 Pine Cliff Drive, was arrested for having a warrant out for his arrest from Boston District Court.

The warrant was for a charge of tagging.
According to malegislature.gov, a conviction of tagging is punishable by time in prison, fines and suspension of a driver's license.Â

Martin was scheduled to be arraigned at Framingham District Court later in the day.   Â
