Marlborough Man Charged With OUI, Drug Distribution: Natick PD
The man, underage, faces multiple charges, including OUI and selling marijuana.
NATICK, MA—A Marlborough man is facing several charges after police pulled him over for an expired sticker while driving in Natick.
On Oct. 13, police tried to stop Timothy Delraso, 20, Broadmeadow St., Marlborough, on Hartford Street around 1 a.m., when he sped up and tried to get away from police. He eventually pulled into a lot on Route 9, and police searched Delraso's car, finding marijuana packaged for distribution and alcohol in his car.
Delraso was charged with OUI, having no inspection sticker, negligent operation, distributing Class D drugs and person under 21 possessing liquor.
