MetroWest Medical Center Extends Laboratory Hours

The MetroWest Medical Center will keep laboratories open later Monday through Wednesday. Here's what to know.

FRAMINGHAM, MA — Laboratory hours at MetroWest Medical Center are now more convenient for locals looking for an appointment.

Officials with the medical center shared that laboratory hours have been extended to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Wednesday.

Hospital officials noted the decision was made "to better serve both patients as well as community members."

The new hours are:

  • Monday — 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday — 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday — 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
  • Thursday — 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Friday — 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Saturday — 7 a.m. to 12 p.m.
  • Sunday — Closed

MetroWest operates laboratories at Framingham Union Hospital, Leonard Morse Hospital, in Natick and also operates Laboratory Service Centers in Framingham.
