Natick Anthony's Restaurant Closes

Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza announced its closure in Natick after recently moving to a take-out-only model.

NATICK, MA — The regional coal fired pizza restaurant Anthony's has closed its Natick location, the company announced on its website.

"Our Natick [location] has closed. Browse nearby locations to continue enjoying coal-fired favorites," the company said in a short message on the site.

Anthony's was located at 219 North Main St. in Suite A-104 and open daily.

However, the restaurant was going through changes that had shifted it to a take-out-only model as of last month, the Natick Report first published.

It's the latest in a series of local pizza closures, as Framingham's Uno location is closed as of Wednesday, and Giovanni's shuttered after Labor Day weekend.
