Natick K9 Axle Helps Apprehend Another Suspect
Axle and his human officer have a long list of suspects they've helped track down. Axle helped with another search on Monday night.
DOVER, MA—Thanks to a Natick officer and his K9, a Dover suspect was apprehended on Monday evening.
On Monday, Dover police officers responded to Centre Street near the Caryl Community House, where a one-car crash had just happened. Witnesses said that the operator fled the scene on foot after striking a fire hydrant, telephone pole and a fence.
Officers from the Needham Police, Natick Police, and Westwood Police Departments responded to the area to assist with the search. The operator was located on Springdale ave with the assistance of Natick K9 Officer Mabardy and his partner Axle.
