Natick Man Arrested on Default Warrant for Felony Charges

The following arrest information was supplied by the Natick Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A call to Natick Police Department on Nov. 6 regarding a disturbance resulted in the arrest of a local man.

According to the Natick police log, the call came in just after 8 p.m. from 4 Gannett Road.

After responding officers completed an investigation, Michael Thomas Balboni, 25, of the same address, was arrest after a default warrant was located in the Department Criminal Justice Information System.

The charges against Balboni are:

  • Entering a dwelling at night for a felony;
  • Breaking and entering of a building in the daytime for a felony (six counts);
  • Larceny from a building (six counts).
The default warrant was out of Framingham District Court, where he was scheduled to be arraigned on Nov. 7.
