Natick Nonprofits Benefit From Boston Marathon Fundraising: Apply

The town is offering the chance for nonprofits to participate in the Boston Marathon.

NATICK, MA—The town seeks proposals from Natick based nonprofit organizations and municipal departments regarding fundraising opportunities that support programs and services that benefit Natick residents. And it involves a bib number for the next Boston Marathon.

The funds are available through a partnership between the town and the Boston Athletic Association, which runs the Boston Marathon. The entries are then given to marathon runners who commit to raising $6,000 for the selected charities.

Any municipal departments or nonprofits that are interested should submit a proposal by 5 p.m. on Nov. 28 to Donna Donovan, Office of the Town Administrator, 13 East Central St., Natick, MA 01760 or via email to ddonovan@natickma.org.
