As we approach this holiday season, what are you thankful for?

I am always thankful for my chosen family, to start. But this year, I am also thankful that I GOT INTO GRAD SCHOOL! This time last year this was my goal, and I'm so excited to have not only reached it, but got into Lesley U. Aspiring CMHC so this is everything I could have asked for to start off the season! I also am thankful that I have a place to stay coming up for the new year.

My partner and I have been working nonstop to try to save for a house, but the climate for homebuying, especially as first-timers, has been...less than ideal. Thus, his parents were gracious enough to let us move back in with them so that we could try to save more and also start the year off with less stress about how to keep up with the bills.

Lastly, I am thankful for my growth this year. A rough patch this year but we are alive, staying mindful, and eager for the year ahead. Lots to be thankful for this year, and thankful for the opportunities coming up for the future. :)
